Dedicated On-Site HSE Team
- Minimum one full-time PDO/Oxy-approved HSE Officer per 25 workers
- Senior HSE Supervisors for projects >50 workers or high-risk activities
- 24/7 coverage during shutdowns, simultaneous operations (SIMOPS), and confined-space entries
Pre-Project HSE Deliverables
- Project-specific HSE Plan & Risk Register
- Job Safety Analysis (JSA) / Task Risk Assessment (TRA)
- Emergency Response Plan (ERP) & Medevac routes
- Bridging Document between client and Global Petrotech procedures
- Chemical register & COSHH assessments
Daily & Weekly HSE Activities
- Morning toolbox talks (TBT) with attendance records
- Daily permit audits and PTW compliance checks

Specialized High-Risk Activity Management
- Confined Space Entry (with rescue team on standby)
- Working at Height (full fall protection + rescue plan)
- Lifting Operations (certified riggers + lift plans reviewed by TPI)
- Radiography (controlled zones, dosimeters, exclusion zones)
- H₂S zones (personal H₂S monitors + cascade breathing air system)
Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC) – Full Traceability
- Approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) & Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) for CS, SS, Duplex, Inconel, CRA
- 100% of welders qualified to ASME IX / AWS D1.1
- In-house CSWIP 3.1 & 3.2 Welding Inspectors
- Daily weld rejection rate consistently below 1.5%
- Complete material certificates (EN 10204 Type 3.1/3.2)
- Positive Material Identification (PMI) for all alloy materials
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Coordination
- RT (X-ray & Gamma), UT, MT, PT, VT, PMI
- All Level-II technicians third-party certified (PCN / ASNT)
- NDT reports submitted within 24 hours
Environmental Protection Measures
- Spill kits & drip trays on every location
- Hazardous waste segregated and disposed via Be'ah-approved vendors
- Dust suppression using water bowsers
- Noise monitoring during night works
- Zero hydrocarbon spills reported till date
